LNGF “Seagas” from fjord ferry to LNGF gas bunkering boat
Commissioned by AGA Gas AB Sweden, Fiskerstrand Verft AS rebuilt the car ferry M/F “Fjalir” to become the world’s first LNG bunkering vessel. LNGF “Seagas”is working as a dedicated bunkering vessel for M/S “Viking Grace”, which operates in the Baltic Sea. LNGF “Seagas” eliminates the need for a port terminal with gas delivery, and at the same time ensures a fast loading/unloading operation at the quay through rapid bunkering.
